Summary:
Solid training which provides much more than just a solid distance. The ride is not to be underestimated due to its undulating profile and long flattish stretches that invite you to push serious wattages for long stretches of time. Interesting kind of ride - a bit of an outlier compared to most Rouvy rides - definitely worth a try!
